Phase 1 of North Carolina’s “Flatten the Curve” COVID-19 re-opening plan will begin on May 9th.
Swiss Mountain Village Owners who own units starting in week 21 (May 23), please call the office at 828-295-3373. You can occupy your owned unit, but there are specific guidelines set by the county that we need to send to you.
Swiss Mountain Village can start accommodating renters beginning June 6th. You can book online or call the office. We will be changing procedures to reduce contact between guests and staff so be sure we have email addresses and phone numbers on file for all owners and renters so we can get that information to you.
